This notice describes the personal information used by our solar referral service. It applies to information provided through this website.

Information collected

The quote form collects your full name, email, phone number, installation address, state, city, ZIP code, property ownership, property type, roof type, monthly electricity spend, battery interest, and installation timeframe. The request also includes site and channel identifiers, a landing-page URL, and a TrustedForm certificate URL. A county field is currently sent empty.

TrustedForm supplies third-party certification of the form interaction and consent context. Its script runs when the quote form opens and can process browser and interaction information. Certification does not determine installer eligibility or project outcomes.

The website also uses Vercel Analytics to measure visits and site usage. The exact deployed analytics configuration and retention periods remain unverified here.

Purpose and recipients

We use quote information to route your request and connect you with independent solar companies that may contact you about your project. Our submission service processes the request for delivery. Service providers supporting hosting, analytics, and form certification may process information for those functions. We may be compensated when a request is passed to partner companies.

Disclosing information for compensation may constitute a sale under California law; some uses may constitute sharing. The applicable definitions and opt-out rights are explained in the California Attorney General’s CCPA guidance. Partner companies have their own privacy practices.

California privacy rights

Where the CCPA applies, California residents may request access to and knowledge of personal information, deletion, correction, and an opt-out of sale or sharing. They may also have the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and to exercise their rights without unlawful discrimination. These rights have exceptions. For access, deletion, correction, or other privacy questions, email [email protected] with the request type and the contact details used with this site. An authorized agent should explain their authority. Identity verification may be needed for requests that require it; do not send identity documents unsolicited.

Current request-channel limitation: the domain has no MX record and email delivery is not yet configured. The privacy address is not a functioning receipt channel. Requests are intended for manual handling after email is activated; this page does not confirm receipt or completion.
